Where year-month-day is the date from which to delete all earlier data
ID is the sensor ID to delete data for
   Default is ALL sensors
Where which is the table to operate on
   both is delete data from both DataBankRaw and DatabankCalib
   raw is delete data from DataBankRaw only
   calib is delete data from DataBankCalib
