Usage:
ReqUSGSData.php u=USGS_Stn_Number p=parameter s=sensor [dir=directory] [n=ndays]]
Where USGS_Stn_Number is the USGS Station Number to retrieve data from
      parameter is the USGS parameter code to retrieve
      sensor is the sensor to store retrieved data in
      ndays is the number of days to request data for
      (default is 1)
      directory specifies where to place the downloaded data
      (default is \DataWise\USGS_Raw_Data
