1) Setup the "dashboard" div.  Contains the last report info at top of display

2) Setup the "watchlist" div.  Unsure of its functionality

3) Setup the "SensorIdDialog" div.  Unsure of its functionality

4) Setup the "currentdata" div.  Unsure of its functionality since removing it does nothing.

5) Setup the "mapSensorTypes" div.  Controls map sensor type fly out.
